The picture could have been better. Would the model be any other person it would look ordinary. A closer up shot would do wonders with a low aperture lense. Try flash or overexpose the picture a little. Potrait shots of model tend to stand out looking radiant.

hehehe, using 400D rite david, i found the 400D always underexp with the kit lens, u try to +ev hehehe.. but because of smaller aperature lens, better close up like victor said, so at least didnt show many obtructed thing :)

[thein @k@ pioneer 411] Haha, ive never noticed the underexposed pictures much, maybe because i tend to take pictures in odd lighting places like under the sun or in extreme dark (dark room photography which i hate). Thanks for the pointers. Btw, you have good pictures and definitely not a noob =D
